Hi This is Balachandran partĥasarathy, from chennai mogappair, , I had availed a personal loan and SbI credit card which had been in cibil issues and non payment post covid. I am working on recovering my cibil score. In search i notice an credit card named EARCPL reflecting in my CIBIL which i have not availed. However i presume its ENCORE ARC company due to name similarity. I recieved a letter from hdfc that they had given my NPA ac(non performing asset) to ENCORE ARC. In that event, the HDFC loan, should not be reflecting in my cibil but that it is also visible. I intent to pay out my debts very soon. But this fraudulent account of EARCPL credit card had to be reported hence i am doing so. Thankyou.
