My name is prateek and I want to tell you that I had signed the agreement on resumefilling.com and now i could not reach to do 700 resume now they are continuously calling and torturing me mentally saying we will sue you.file a case against you etc..and asking me to pay 7670 money and I continues get a call from a lawyer and I get many emails from legelteam@resumefilling and they continuesly telling that they can give notice to me ... So, I have blocked all the contact and all the number from which they are torturing me. Please help ... please help.....

This concern called me, asked for my documents and then gave me job of filling up 600 resumes online. Now as I am a working professional, so I was not able to complete the job on time. Now they are claiming a penalty amount as they have captured my digital signature too and saying that I have signed the contract which I have already not accepted. They are sending me threatening messages

They are calling and emailing me to pay money of 6500 plus GST if not case will be filed on you. Can anyone can complete 600 resumes in 7 days we can complete 400 min. Now day to day the making on calls and reminding me to pay money. The lawyer is also fraud sending the msg very smartly that we cannot reply to those messages. LEGAL LB from this were sending msgs and emails from resumefilling.com and call identified by true caller is Jay Singh. So, I request you to immediate action against those fraud people and save me and people suffering from this.

I'm a student and tried of doing an online job to earn for saving. I ended up with this company and completed all the 600 resumes within the stipulated time. I gave upon my sleep, food, and other regular works and studies in doing this. But when they sent the Accuracy Report it had about 73 not approved ones out of which 15 are correct but for no reason they have not approved of these.
I sent them a request mail for rechecking those but never got a reply. Rather they are sending me warning notice to pay about Rs. 7670.
Later I saw that many of them had the same problem with the same company from different ways, numbers and names. And that they are fake. I saw few people have attached their payment history to them and had also complained of not receiving any NOC from them.
It also disturbs me that they would send me legal notices that are not real and mentally disturb me. Calling, texting and mailing me daily and threatening with fake legal notices it really disturbs me from doing anything , I cannot even focus on my studies.
I really feel they must be stopped because a lot of people have worked hard and put their time and effort in it. This is really bringing down the trust and reliability on any other online job providers also.
I request you to take necessary actions in preventing such fraudulent activities for a better future of Youth doing Work from Home in our Country. So that nobody gets cheated like any of those who had already been trapped with this.

There is a company called "Resume filling' (https://resumefilling.com/) who called me on 28th October 2020 for freelancing work as I was also looking for some freelancing work so I got ready. They have asked me to send my Aadhaar copy, my 1 passport size photo and my email id for the registration as they were not charging any amount for that so I sent them my docs on their whatsapp.
After that they did my registration and sent me login details and asked me to login. I did as per their instructions. When I logged in they asked me to sign one document available on their website where the clauses were mentioned. I have read but there was no clause mentioned that if I do not want to continue I would be liable for penalty. As they have given me work of 600 resume data which I had to complete within 1 week. I failed to do so due to my illness during this week. So today they called me and blackmailed me to give them 6500 as penalty. I disagreed so they have told me that I have signed the agreement. When I again visited their website and went through their agreement letter they have updated the said clause that I need to pay 6500 for not completing the work, which was not even mentioned at the time of signing. Also the representative was forcing me to sign it freely and said there would not be any issue.So I signed it believing them. I told them I am not financially well and cannot provide them that money so they told me that I could face the problem if I am not paying them and their Advocate will call me, as they are blackmailing for it. I asked them to cancel my registration so they are asking for money for the closure of my account. All they are asking is so unethical. They are giving pressure to complete the work within today as this is not possible. I am unable to due do it due to my illness. I did not know they will trap me for not doing the work. They have first made me sign on their agreement after that they have done modifications in that agreement to trap me as it was a soft copy not hard copy. Please help me to get out of their trap. Due to Covid, I am already facing financial crises. On top of that they are threatening me. Please help!!
