Today on 14/10/2020 I received a call from +919724785638 (name Zoya Khan from Gujarat, India ) regarding online resume filling freelancing job. They told me to pay ₹18000 for filling 600 resumes in 7 days. I sent them my aadhar id and email id through WhatsApp in the same number. They signed a digital agreement under Gujarat government and take my signature digitally from https://resumefilling.com/ this site by logging in through Registration Id:- R141020382188

Password:- 401757

After this process I searched this site on Google and found this sote is a spam. So, I WhatsApp them that I'm unable to continue to work with this site.

They threatened me by calling with +919724785638 (name Zoya Khan) this no.   to pay ₹6500 as a penalty amount. They didn't provide me any work and now they are threatening me.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I got call from Ashutosh Mishra/Akshay Kamble regarding job openings.

They discussed me about job description, working hours and there will be no charges.

I have shared my Adharcard as per their request. but suddenly they asked for 6500 rs else they are threating for police case and court notice.

I am getting threating call from this number : 9054915427

Fraud Company Details :

Dear Madam/ Sir,

Resume Filling a company established in Surat district of Gujrat, as so they say and have mentioned. I got a call from a person who promised me that there are no portal charges and then asked me to do 600 forms in a week for which i would get 18000 rs, and they did not tell me about any terms & conditions and when checked the work and i call to the same person that i can not do this work than he told me about terms and forced me to do and asking for money …and after 7 days i received a call from their so called legal team which i do not even know is legal team or not. They have asked me to pay a compensation of 7670rs and have threatened me to pay if not, then they will take action against in the surat court for which i received a message stating, “m/s. Hemanshu Gohil your legal case id ul/48281E is going for legal proceedings. Kindly hire a lawyer and go for further process. We at Resume Filling are going with legal proceedings under section 73, 74, 75 in the indian contract act, 1872. Due to violating the contract call for more details +91 [8866783377]” and again i got a second message or a threat you can say that says”as discussed your case id has been registered in surat session courts. You will be updated about the case through message and notice.” i got an email regarding the same with threats of ruining my cibil and what not and the Person no. is +91 7802881620 who is calling me talking to me very rudly .. This company is mentally torturing not just me but many. And again today 12-10-20 I received message

Hi, this is totally fraud site it takes high work and give no money although they said that if u complete the task they said that u have not got 90% accuracy and said to pay 6500 rs and if we don't pay they said that they would take legal action in Gujarat session court.

I got a call from +919173443891 on 30-sept-2020 and they have created the login account also without any instructions and guidance. He offers me for the work from home whereas I agreed but asked for the payment confirmation and all the terms and conditions but that guy didn't mention about the payment of 6500+GST will be charged for not working or if 90% accuracy is not achieved. He had also not informed for any kind of agreement will be signed between us. I was asked for an address proof Id whereas the signature mentioned on the agreement is not the one which is the use they told me it's for verification even I have a screenshot of the confirmation telling this sign is for verification it's not mentioned anywhere it's for the agreement. I can to know about the company fraudulence activity when I went through the agreement section there I found the same sign which I did for verification and it was mentioned in the agreement form then I found it suspicious and did the research and got to know about the whole story. Total information is hear... I checked the all mobile number on true caller.. Show me This number is fraud...

Hi, 

I got a call from Rohit Kumar(7042259367) on 08-Oct-2020 and yesterday they have created the login account also without any instructions and guidance.
