I just enquire about the job and they asked me to submit my voter id I give that to them then they created my portal without my consent . And for a valid aggrement there should be the consent of both the parties they forcefully created my account on portal and now they are charging money from me which is not acceptable to me . They used my signature without my Authorization on a undisclosed aggrement which is not acceptable at all. And now they are threatening to me to submit the portal charges along with the gst amount . They are continuously calling me and sending me the messages . I want serious action to be taken against them as soon as possible.

Making a fake contract. Without declaration of contract they made people to sign the contract. This type of company totally break a mental status of unemployee people. After that they give a form filling site to make fake work. Doesn't give any chance to cover their requirement. Can not be able to do that.

I want to bring to your notice an ongoing scam & fraudulent activities doing by company NAME : RESUME FILLING, based in Surat, Gujarat as mentioned on their website resumefilling.com Their full Address : Corporate Office - 315 Marvella Corridor, VIP Road, Vesu, Surat, Gujarat - 395007 They call me for free lancing work of resume filling on 17/09/2020 and as per agreement send by them I have to fill 600 Resume in period of 1 month from date of joining. But just after 8 days they send a false legal notice claiming ₹6500 + GST as damage for not completing
