Dear sir, I am student Ankit sharma from Madhya pradesh .i got the call from resumefilling.com company for the work from home , they told me that they will pay me the money if i will compelete the 600 resume and also said that if i will compelete the 400 resume then also we will pay you, i also have a proof in the form of recording and when i did the work the company send me the mail to pay the 7800 rupees for not completing the work and now they are threatening me by sending the message about taking the legal action if i not pay and also they were harrasing me from past 5 day . Please help me out here and take a legal action aganist them

They are blackmailing us to pay the amount of Rs 7610. And telling us to send the leggal notice . They asked us to do 600 resume in 7 days and we did 423 resumes still instead of giving us the money they are asking us for the penalty. Thay are totally fraud .. Does anybody with whom se happened has given any money to them or they have send any legal notice to anyone.

I am also getting Email from resumefilling.com I have been told that if you quit job in 1 month you will have penalty of 6500. I started work 4rth day website down then I ask acquiracy report they said you will get on portal until Bow nothing on the portal also one person called me said if are unable to achive given 600 form then will get Rs. 2 per form .we will pay now legal email i received saying you are unable to achieve given out put. Plz help this company is doing fraud with needy jobseeker who need at least to feed their family to survive.

I looked on OLX India for work as suggested by a very famous youtuber the work claimed to provide 18000 rs in 7 days for filling 600 resume with 90% accuracy. This work requires minimum 10-15 mins for 1 resume to be filled by a normal typing speed person and is not possible to be done in 7 days anyways.
After reading about these frauds i want to know what i should do now? how should i treat people like these after i have realized that i have been trapped. My submission date is 1st October what should i do, i have already told the call assistant that this i s a fraud company and she said 'okay'.
Another incident has just happened with me there is a company giving 20 pages work for 15 hours and paying 3500 rupees for it, they took 700 rs as safety deposit and gave work after 3 days of taking money, I completed the work on time and now the employer in not even answering the call and has kept me waiting for the 2nd day today.

Respected sir, I'm sachin mishra, this resume filling freelancer company called me and said do u want a job a agreed to this job and job was to make 600 cv in 6 days and 1 cv takes 20 min, thus it becomes impossible task. Now they are threating me that they will file a legal case, legal proceeding has been initiated against and demand 6500 rs as penalty otherwise you will face legal proceedings. Please help me out in this situation, I'm very poor boy and unable to pay that amount. Please me in this situation
