Got there number from LinkedIn, I was searching a job of work from home then we had conversation they said work should be completed within 7 days or one should be ready to give penalty of 5k then they ask for my ID proof I gave them. After sometime they generated user Id n password that time I was not aware but now I got to know that they r frauds so I need help. Please help me out.

They got my number from teamlease and then i got a normal message regarding about job of resume fill with 90% accuracy within 7 days, In that I have to complete 600 resume, and they call me and they said to sign the contract without I read Complete they force because of the portal close within 2 mins and I signed the contract without read it ,but afterthat i cant fill to because not possible, After the Complete of 7 days they call and they said you have to pay 5900 for the portal charges because of you didn't completed the work, and after few hours I got call from their Legal advisor and he said you to pay 10000 otherwise you have to face the legal action from the Gujarat court, So I afraid and I pay 4000 rupees and ask time for pay balance.. And I got another call from regarding same resume filling job and the same process and i signed again because I need money to give the penalty charges and I want to pay my Friend because i borrowed money from them So I Need it give back them, So I signed again and Now also they push me to sign the contract But this time I Completed 600 within 7 days with my knowledge I fill everything Correctly but In QC report its show 72 resume was fail and I talk to the coordinate and he said Now you have to pay 5900 because you didn't achieve 90% of accuracy Now only My mind Strikes it was totally farud company and lost 4000 I need My money back and They force to pay the penalty charges it gave me a mental pressure to pay the amount so pls help me get To get rid of it. And they again and again they try contact me and they push me to pay the amount pls take action as much as fast. And they give me alots of mental pessure like if i don't pay the amout of penalty charges and 2nd I signed they also ask to me pay 5900, If I dont have to pay these amount and I want Pay 40000 rupess for compensation and I'm in Critical situation because I'm signed Two contract so I have to pay nearly 80000 so this give me mental pressure because I thinking it over and over again and also I think nearly about suicide because of I'm middle class family and I dont no what to do now...So, Kindly take action otherwise I dont What I do

I am spandana from Andhra Pradesh. I saw resume filling add and I asked for their process.They sent me a mail On 21st April 2021 and I told meto sign I didn't sign and I told them that I am not interested on the same day. Today i.e 29th April they sent me a mail that I should pay them Rs.5000 as I failed to do their work. They are threating me that I should pay money to them or they will proceed legally. please take action against them.

I am student from Rajasthan , I was contacted by a recruiter claiming to be from Resumetofill company by the name Ankur. He described me as the job was to fill 600 Resumes in 7 days with certain accuracy (90%) or else a portal fee (5000) + GST (900) . I completed my work within specified time. I waited for him to contact me as instructed by them .3 days after I called him to get an update on payment upon which he asked me to wait and after a while when he contacted me back he told me that I didn't meet the accuracy criteria and that I need to pay the charges after checking my wrong filled resumes on the website after which I urged him that what I filled in was correct and to recheck the ones under doubt upon which an argument started at the end of which he shouted on the phone directly that I better pay up by 4 PM or else they will drag me to surat court after this I asked him to provide me his superiors contact info to which he answered "tumharey liya toh may hi supervisor ho!" and again threatened me to pay up before 4. After a while before trying to pay him I called him and asked for details of the said company for which I was supposed to pay against on to which he initially answered that was Resumetofill upon asking for authentication (I had my.suspisioins) he told me that -" Manay job dina, may hi supervisor ho aur may hi company ho" after which I started receiving calls .

First they forcefully made me to sign the agreement without reading and said it's a part time job. And they gave work that was impossible to do. Without Informing and without letting me to read the agreement he is now saying me to pay amount of 5900 rupees. And now they are harrasing me from different numbers ,mails and messages. It's totally an online fraud company no company ask u to pay any charges before or after giving the work. Kindly take strict action on this fraud company Cyber Crime.

They first add u to a group and give u resume ..even without any description..and say u have 1 day of trail and if u can do ..then we will give u work bt they don't give anything and instead of that they tell u to give money because u were not able to complete the work....then they give legal notice to ur name nd ur father...and again ask for more money..

They asked me to pay 5990 saying I failed to complete 90% of the resumes. But in the instructions provided by them was if in case I fail to complete 600 resumes in 7 days I should pay them 5000. But I completed it and now they are saying 90% is not completed and I should pay 5990. Even now they sent me a message saying I should pay 28000 at Gujarat Surat court as they moved it legally. Then seconds after their message I got another message saying if I pay 5990 then they will compromise this this. This company is total fraud. Don't pay any money. I don't know why even after so much complaints has been made against them they still working and making such fraud things.

I am a student and jobseeker in this covid period getting financial problems so i registered on indeed job and get a call from resumetofill company from surat Gujarat and giving the task of completing 600 resume in 7 days that is really an impossible work to do in 7 days as i digitally signed an agreement and they have my aadhar card and voter id details also so i extend my time and give them 2000 rs for extending time 2 days more but after all this i get to know about this resumetofill company is a fraud company and they are doing this type of fraud to many innocent people like me and threating them to give postal charges of 5000+gst and giving notice that legal action has been taken againt them. because of not completing the work at time and also want 90% of accuracy that is also not possible but after knowing that it is a fraud company i am not doing any work from them and don't want any legal action taken against me i really want help to get me out of all this ..
