I have made product payment on flipkart through the phonepe. The product i received has size fit issue then i returned it to flipkart. The refund of that two products is given on my phonepe account. But i am not able to login on phonepe app. I have complained about it to phonepe customer care service but they are not giving the solution for login issue. I have contacted them about 10 times in last 20 days. They are still saying "wait our technical team is investigating on your problem". And I am unable to withdraw that amount in bank account or unable to transfer that amount to different number. I have waited for long time. My amount is 1264Rs 900Rs transferable. But i want complete amount for shopping on flipkart.
