I purchased four number air ticket,I WRONGLY write Mr & MRS NAME IS SAME,CHEAPTICKET.IN also WRONGLY SEND 2 SAME TICKET number,that time I realized I had some mistake,I inform in cheapticket help line,THEY told me name cannot change you have to cancel your ticket,charge 2200approx,but urgently cheapticket change 2 DIFFERENT number ticket SEND me.and cancellation charges 5700 approx. I TALK to airline THEY told me its a minor case cheapticket can change any time. And most important think is cheapticket SEND me the screen short where I am mistake.easylee THEY can remind me.
