This email sent to me by Airtel and now they are claiming that they send an email and no such proof they have in their database.

I have given my phone for claiming insurance I.e it fell down from my hand , while giving my phone to the executive the phone had light screen crack but apart from that phone is functioning well and but it was later rejected by insurance company and I received my mobile back and I was shocked to see my screen completely broken and phone is not even working condition and sim tray also missing.

And I asked them to take action on this for that they have asked me to visit the nearest service center, of the amount is more than the Rs.2349, they will credit me the difference but now they are telling they didn't send me such email.
