Dear Sir/Madam, I had just installed an application from play store name ALPHA LOANS to check UI and function and queried about the loan process and they credited 3850 rs in my account without my consent and approval and now asking for payment of 7000 rupees. After researching online and reviews from the victims from play store I got to know that it is a fraud app ,disburse loan without revealing any interest rate and harass peoples by sending messages as well as phone calls to their relatives and friends via whatsapp and other means . They also harass the victims by abusing and using inappropriate language. If someone repay the loan they again credit their account with some amount and then repeat the whole process again.A lots of these anauthorised companies doing their illegal works by advertising social media platforms and fool people. So I request to you please take appropriate action against this type of fraud loan company as earliest.Thanking you ,
