I bought a lot of products from Harmistore reseller on amazon in January 2022. I have been trying to send them emails since then but no response. Their website doesn't exist and none of the products are delivered. The person to whom the payment went was "Pradip Kumar Babubhai Katariya". The payment gateway used was payU.
Another company is smartkitchenset. The same issue is with them. Product not delivered though bought in January 2022. No website, no response, and no contact details also.
Kindly let me know if I can get my money back.
