They identified them selves as credit card bank agents, they had all my credit card details, details of 16digit credit card, expiry date, CIV and proclaim they have complete details with them and manipulate for reward points to cash vouchers and credit limit increments then have scammed by robbing amount from credit card.

I have declined there number several times. But this time i directly got otp number and next message was amount got debited.

I have raised the complaint and blocked my card immediately.
