Myself Siddeshkumar K Cell-9901738662 REF :- 19321635840 Issue: As per your EMI credit card Bill state that 3100 rs has been taken on 19th OCT 2019 through PAYZAPP in 16th November 2019. Actually the thing is on that day i dint take any loan from PAYZAPP as per my HDFC bank statement .I really dont no why you people are doing like this please try to understand the customer situation. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible otherwise i will directly closing my all HDFC bank account ,credit card,debit card everything.I think this is the third time you people are generating unnecessary bill. I want immediate action for this issue. Please find the attached Bank statement on 19th OCT 2019 & disputes form in details. Note: if the amount recovering means i will again request to making Credit card in HDFC & using PAYZAPP.
