Ask for repayment without any loan approval

I applied for loan on carp wallet few days ago but they didn't show any confirmation about my approval and without sending money they ask for repayment now. App also show for repayment today but i didn't get any amount from this app.

Dear Arun,

Please share the phone numbers or email address that you have of theirs, so that we can escalate it to the Cyber Cell in Delhi. We will be able to track and shut down their servers and get the exact location of their operation. In future, please refrain from acquiring loans from such apps.
