On August 9th 2017 there were around 6 transactio worth INR 26,406 has been done from my kotak account with Gurukul Branch. I have raised the complaint to Kotak bank on 10th August morning time and got some calls from kotak bank executive for investigation. Awaiting further update on process from them for charge back. Please help me to get this process done faster.
