- Brief description of your issue - purchased a Zook plasma smart watch from zook.in ,it delivered also, due to very small display, unable to use the smart watch.contacted the harsh customer service of zook.in , terrible service at last gave an address to which I sent a courier to same address, last Friday 10/3/18 till date no response , now courier ppl say they could not track the zoom office , hence it would be returned.
I now feel r u guys cheating ?? U don't mention proper address in Ur website?? U ppl don't respond to calls??
Suggestion : I just wanted a different watch from Zook itself , but u guys are not interested ? Rather than making ppl run around pls stop this silly e-commerce business.
