This is to inform about the fraud committed on me by an individual whom I got connected with through instagram. The profile name of the said individual is ABU AHAD and the said profile was last accessible on
Subsequently I made the payment for the agreed sum i.e. Rs. 20,000 vide ‘Paytm’ connected to mobile no. +91 72250-86355 on dated 25 AUG 2018. Thereafter I was assured by the said person that the agreed product would reach me through courier. Whereas, the courier placed by him which I received through Delhivery vide AWB No. 220140545was a second hand phone of Chinese LG company ordered through ‘Kart Rocket’ with order no. 109123499463. Prior to the receipt of this courier I was informed by the said person that I may have to make an additional payment of Rs. 7000/- which I paid to the courier person. An acknowledgment of the same is also attached herewith.
I state that through the use of cyber space I was fraudulently cheated of Rs. 27,000. I am a student and this fraud has been a great financial and psychological loss to me. I have been trying to get in touch with the person and consider the case as to why he has done this fraudulent act with me. My recent conversations with him wherein I request him for the return of the money as he failed to deliver the product are also part of the whatsapp chat attached herein. I request you to consider the above stated facts and register a complaint against the named person and inquire in the matter as the same appears to be an organized crime.
