Respected Sir, I am Mr Deepak R Halimal, a resident of,Hubli ,karnataka.
I ordered a casio wrist watch , model: SL49 pro trek, Sunday july 30th 2017 , on a online watch shopping site ,web address ( http://casiowatches.online/ ) for Rs.7500 which had a payment mode of cash on delivery .
The delivery of the ordered product was been made on 2nd of August 17 at my residence through FedEX courier service. When I opened the packet I found a cheap, inappropriate, broken and non working watch! I rushed to the delivery person and asked him to take it back, but he said he can do nothing about it, and asked me to better contact the company . I frequently mailed the company , just received no response from them!. Now I was confirmed that they had cheated me!
I want to raise a complaint against this fraudulent act hence I request to accept my FIR and take a required legal action.
