Person calling and messaging for 2 days from number +91 7289 981 965. I do not know the person and he is not willing to share his identity. He has been disturbing with his ridiculous acts and calls for 2 days now. I also lodged a complaint in women cell on 21st September but he is still calling.

This is a vodafone number from Delhi. Kindly get a recording or Sms if you received and forward it to your local police. If you're from delhi Delhi Police on their helpline number 1096. If you don't want any police complaints don't worry I will help you personally.
