I would like to register a complaint regarding the fraud citibank credit card transactions done on 19/04/2018 at 6:53 AM. There were two transactions(each) of amount INR. 12,300/-. Please refer the attached screen captures of emails and messages I received on my registered email and mobile number respectively. I’ve already raised it with Citibank customer care and blocked my citibank credit card and they said they will update me in next five days. Just to confirm you, I’ve not shared my citibank credit card details with anyone nor any ECS(auto debit instruction) is activated.
