I have ordered some dresses in club factory. They took so much time to delivered the products . And the products quality is too poor .so I wanted to return but they neither respond my request nor sent me their contact address.

I had ordered from club factory on September 28,2017 & still not received the items.it must take two weeks ad per their policy its disgusting.i have spent RS.6750& nobody is giving me proper response. They are not refunding money also Only giving some stupid explanation. I jus want my money back. They are fraud.
