I had rs 355 balance in super cash balance.today l have purchased a railway ticket . According to their rule rs 35.50 is not deducted from my super cash balance.lt happened 3 times.super cash is added but not used at all.thus super cash will be meaningless for me. Again its not easy to contact the care centre,everything looks like fraud,pleae solve the problem
