I am being harassed and bullied by this company named resumefilling.com. They contacted me today saying that I have to pay them 6500rs to them and send me their online payment link https://rzp.io/i/WhgRR2sHe1 they said if I don't pay them then they will file a legal complain against me. They send me this text (LEGAL CASE ID UL/120394E IS GOING FOR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. KINDLY HIRE A LAWYER AND GO FOR FURTHER PROCESS. CALL FOR MORE DETAILS +91 8866866766) following by this text (If you don't pay this amount to the client than we will file case against you under contempt of court case. Even if Civil contempt is issued upon you than you've to pay penalty amount of Rs. 28,000 for civil contempt and Section 2 (B) shall be imposed on you. And once it is transpired to criminal contempt than you've to pay for criminal contempt which would be round about 40,000 and for contempt of arbitrary tribunal case will be escalated to Ministry of Law and Justice and Ministry of Home Affairs. I am also getting Email from resumefilling.com I have been told that if you quit job in 1 month you will have penalty of 6500. I started work 4rth day website down then I ask acquiracy report they said you will get on portal until Bow nothing on the portal also one person called me said if are unable to achive given 600 form then will get Rs. 2 per form .we will pay now legal email i received saying you are unable to achieve given out put. Plz help this company is doing fraud with needy jobseeker who need at least to feed their family to survive.

all these data entry Companies are fraud. Already 2 FIRs were Filed in Maharashtra from Jalgaon and PUNE. And now 8 FIRs also filed from September 2020 from Rajasthan,kerala,Andhrapradesh, Telangana and I also Filed FIR on main culprit of this data entry job fraud. Don't worry. Do not pay any amount of money. They are totally fraud. They can't do anything. They only bark like street dogs. They only threatening the students and underage of 30 people. They threats in the name of Criminal case and court name. Don't worry and Don't be afraid.
