Complaint - I ordered the item and I got it but I checked the item it was used products and very bad in quality. I massaged to the supplier through Ali express app and I still talking with them they told me that they again send the new products but I am still waiting not getting any response, this is very bad experience with Ali express, please help me to resolve this...

Complain - It is already 5 months gone m still waiting for the product I massaged to them but the didn't reply, I paid 3.54$ for the product kindly help me.
