this company is cheating with people by showing the products on their zookr website which are different brands and the product they deliver are local duplicate and . i ordered jio star zoombox sound and they delivered me a waste box which is not at all acceptable .number provided by zookr.in is setted to callertune which says customer care are busy with other customer whereas it is not true .secondly no reply to my email is given . i sent 6-8 emails but no reply to any email . how will customer communicate then .after all this zookr says that they will not exchange the product if customer delays or the product is damage .then who the hell will exchange it .i wish such owners of the website must be executed .
