I need to raise a complaint against Lookupholidays, Please guide me. I got a promotional email from Lookupholidays which i pasted below and in the call mentioned that this package is refundable and you will get assured gift of IPhone and Camera but it was a lie. I got a call from 09821360440 on Aug 10 18:16 and Aug 11 9:54, 14:09, 15:15, 15:31, 18:31 on Aug 11 15:17, 15:34, 16:10
I have raised a cancellation request as i do not want to continue their service but the customer care is saying The package is not refundable and forcing me to avail the service that i have heard is not a good service and want my refund back.
