I have been receiving malicious loan recovery messages from different numbers in Whatsapp to repay the loan amount which I have not taken. My bank statement does not reflect any deposit from the said apps. This is seriously affecting my mental health. I tried to track the numbers but there are no details. Crazycash and walletpro are not available in Playstore and the contact in the webpage of Crazycash appears to be from Nigeria. The contact email ID of crazycash is mentioned as info@chipapk.com. These kind of activities are not only against RBI guidelines but are also criminal offense under IPC. I'm attaching screenshot of one of such message. Kindly take appropriate action.
I am updating the complaint again. Received the same malicious message today from walletpro. There was blackmailing content. Even without taking any loan people get anxious seeing these messages. This is extreme harassment. It needs to stop immediately. I am the screenshot of message received today.
