complaint against my mobile booking on shopkaar.com

Sir,

it is intimated that i have booked  a phone redmi 4 and payment made by credit card same day on 08.09.2017 and confirmation also received from shopkaar.and delivery may be 5-7 day but now around 09 days have gone.

neither response on customercare no. 1800 3070 1606 nor website.

therefore it is requested may please be help me in this regard.

ordered mobile phone redmi 4 rs.6499. With order no.121789/123945 on 7 sept 2017. Company not dispatched my product or even not sending me tracking no.and their customer care number is always engaged. So there is no way to understand strategy about delivering product so please help me to track my product or refunding my money or company have to pay compensation for wasting my time and misleading me. Thank you!
