COMPLAINT FOR FRAUDULANT ACTIVITY AND ONLINE FRAUD

THIS IS REGARDING AMOUNT OF 2000 RS DEDUCTED THROUGH Fastticket.in on 11/01/2018 through a Fraudulant call. Of which I have call recording and Evidences which is already in process of submitting to Cyber Crime and respective departments.I want my money Refunded to my account from the Fraudsters.

Complaint for deduction of amount from my account by fake person

Dear, Sir/Madam

I received call from unknown person asked me otp from fastticket for online shopping on 11/01/2018 transaction no and details is as below. Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 459XX2762 for a purchase worth Rs2000.0 on POS  PAYUST000001681 at www.fastticket.in txn# 020038084224.

Transaction on dated 11/01/2018 transaction are fraud by unknown person. Please verify as earliest and Cancel all orders / transaction and refund me my deduct amount in my account. soon. Please keep in cc with site communication if possible with mail id krishnabharatking@gmail.com

On 06-Feb-2018 same thing happens to me and Rs 2000 deducted from my account too but I didn't receive any call or OTP regarding transaction ,only received that Rs 1000 deducted from your account using your debit card and after some time second transaction happens.
