Respected Sir, I, Debarshi Ganguly 40 Years residing at DA 4, Sector -1, Saltlake, Kolkata 700064 would like to inform you that today 13.09.2017 at around 2:05 PM my CITI bank credit card was debited twice fraudantely for USD 199.00 (199.00 USD was spent on your Citi Credit Card ending 4564XXXXXXXX6031 on 13-SEP-17 at STK*SHUTTERSTOCK, IN. FX rates and charges as per T&Cs.) and for USD 210.00 (210.00 USD was spent on your Citi Credit Card ending 4564XXXXXXXX6031 on 13-SEP-17 at FIVERR.COM. FX rates and charges as per T&Cs.). I immediately called city helpline no and requested to cancel these transactions and they immediately blocked my card.
As per citi bank request I would like to file a complain regarding such fraud and kindly request you for a proper investigation for the same.
