We are getting fraud calls from a person saying that he is a representative of Axis Bank and there is some reward amount of Rs 4900 which will be credited to our a/c after verification of the details for which he is asking for all details like DOB, CVV no. And the OTP which are sufficient to debit the amt from our a/c. This same thing happened before as well with us and 5000rs were debited from a/c last year. I filed a complaint that time too but no action was taken. I want you to look into the matter and kindly take strict action against the person asap. Phone no. From which he calls - +918052654723
