This 02/05/2018 day i got a call from the number 9205133478 stating SBI is issuing new cards which will have photo and date of birth on the new cards for more security. They have asked for more details like card number, date of birth, address, and made a transaction of 8724 at Kart Fast Retail Services at 2:40 pm. The conversation held from 2:17pm to 2:40pm.
Firstly i have rejected to give the details then she said it is a call regarding reward points then. She asked for cvv number i said i doubt if you're from sbi, no one asks for cvv number, how come your asking me. For that she had given some justifications.
sir we are transferring your reward points to the new card so i need details. So you have 8724 points, you need to make a transaction now so that it gets back credited to your new card. Then i shared my cvv and then asked for otp and transaction was made.
i have blocked my credit card very next day.
This was a fraud call and i was trapped. So please take a further action about like this cases and tack a immediate actions.
