I am really not settified with this product, camera is damaged.I think package might be broken before i open, i opened it also tried to start camera, it wont turned on also battery cover also damaged

1.battery cover 2.camera front panel 3.Box also not packed properly 4.camera box unsealed before I open 5. Camera not turning on

It's almost 2 days no responses from zookr.in how do I return.
