Dear Sir,
Myself Chiranjit Hati, Son of Sannyasi Hati need your help for fraud transaction of Rs-20,000/ which happened on 14th Aug,2017 about 10 AM from my father's State bank of India saving account.
My father, Sannyasi Hati, got call from Number 8001821722 mentioning that "Dear Sannyasi Sir !! calling from SBI Garden Reach branch regarding your old debit card which is about to expire. You need to renew it today otherwise it will be blocked and won't able to use it by end of the day."
Repeatedly he got call from the number and unfortunately got convinced by caller with the informations like "having SBI account in Garden Reach Branch with very old Debit Card".
The caller trapped my father and took SBI debit card number and OTP as required for renewal the card.
They thugged Rs 20,000/- from my father's SBI account.
My father has blocked the SBI debit card and submited written complaint in SBI garden reach branch on the same day.
Later we went to local west port police station and they suggested to contact Cyber crime team for investigation.
We are not getting proper response from them, kindly request you to investigate and help us in recovery of the money of Rs.20,000.
