There is a fake guy with the name Deepak Pawar from CISF and he has been posing as a tenant and does not negotiate on rent or deposit. To back it for genuine he sends you his Aadhar card, family pic, PAN card etc. He then asks you to transfer the amount to some bank account which you need to add in your GPAY and pay Rs 5 to test first. They start with double crediting you with Rs 5 and Rs 5 to prove its working. They then ask you to transfer the rent and deposit separately. DO NOT DO IT.
They then keep asking you to add the account so that double can be added. Even they ask you to talk to the army CA and he sends you a pic of machine which has this card inserted and if they take out the card the amount will be with held. They even ask you to enter the amount as the machine number .
