Hello,

We are a home business selling cakes and baked goods to customers within Pune. Recently we have started receiving negative fake reviews on our business page. The facebook profile is clearly fake and was created on the same day on they started posting negative comments about us. The items they mention are not even sold by us. We asked for proof of purchase or even proof of any communication/sale we had with them but they have not been able to provide either. They continue to defame us online.
