Hi , I run an online business on instagram and want to report against a customer whose order got delayed and hence I provided her the option of full refund upon which she starting using foul language and now she is defaming me on instagram saying I am a cheat which she knows is false as she herself has placed an order with us previously too , just because she is a customer she can’t take advantage please take and action against her(
