I am orded a product from eBay with debit card payment option.bill pay number :- 787338499054 When i receive parcel at that time it was fully empty.and i get bill which is mentioned its approx weight 0.3 kg.
Then i complaint at eBay garrenty. it take loots of time .and finally He was said to me We cannot claim your refund/replacement due to weight mention.According to eBay company the product weight is approx 0.5 kg. Bt I was recieve 0.3 kg appox of parcel and bill of 0.3 kg approx.
And now they are saying that i can't do any anything.
