Through eBay India, I ordered for 2 mobiles for cost of 52k to seller named hi-tech services rakesh CB .I payed the amount but still the product is not delivered. not able to contact the seller also from this eBay online shopping platform. Seller name is rakesh CB .his bank details are Account : 6522332236 Bank : Indian Bank and ifsc code : IDIB000J020 Branch Juhu Mumbai Savings Account.his mobile number is9323835409,9892958074. This number is not reachable now.i am having all the proof of payment bank transactions to that fraud seller. Kindly help me in this case. No one should again lose like me to these fraud sellers.thank you

Vijayabaskermithun, the same has happened to me,the same seller frauded me also I paid 18700/- and he was not lifting the phones.as I was from Andhra and go to mumbai.if your Mumbai citizen you can lodge a compliant in your nearest police station.my contact details are 8886558809.if you want to contact me pls call me through this mentioned number.

First file an (Fir) against him I'll do the same.... please do it Vijayabaskermithun,I also have the transaction details and all with I will file an Fir in my town.if you do so there will be the strong evidence to catch him.
