Then they say register for 5000 rupees. These 5000 rupees are refundable if you don’t get the desired job in the next three months. Then normally candidates are reluctant to pay. So initially call gets over there.
But after two-three days, these people start chasing again – back-to-back calls and then they say they have a very urgent opening and the next day there will be an interview scheduled – they say they are ISO 9001:2015 certified. And whatnot. To attend the next day's interview call please register with refundable 5000 rupees.
They make big claims. Those girls are fully trained in convincing you and once you pay 5000 then they will never call you again. Then if you call them the same girl who made you pay money will never pick up your phone, other girls if at all they pick up the phone then will say Anitha is not there she is on leave something like that. If you complain then they will say our internal department is looking into this matter, and your money is locked for three months get in touch with us after three months if you want a refund - but they never give a refund. Once you pay them they never call you and end up just chasing them - you neither get a phone call no job interview no job no money - all loss is yours that's Exalt consultancy for you.
