**After Complete Investigation ordered by Attorney representing the Harassed Person (Victim) in this cause for action: It was concluded that Darren Ambler with a Birth date of 4/30/78 did in fact Deliberately Cyber Stalk- Harass- and Invaded the Privacy of the Victim (name omitted) in this cause for action.

Cyber-Stalking/ Harassment and Invasion of Privacy are very serious Criminal acts. One can be Criminally charged and Serious Penalties can result against the Guilty person. Unfortunately, Cyber Bullying is still a significant problem however increased on line security can help detect Illegal activity and help Law Enforcement gain better control over the situation. Many popular Social Networking web sites have had problems with Cyber-Stalking/ Bullying. Web-sites such as Facebook take these matters seriously and they will assist in an Investigation and take appropriate measures if in fact harassment or stalking was proven to have occurred.
One case in particular garnished attention due to the fact the person being Harassed/ Cyber-Stalked hired a competent and well-skilled attorney. An investigation was ordered and a conclusion was reached within about 5 weeks. The Cyber-Stalker was clearly identified as Darren Ambler of Cherry Hill, New Jersey. At the time this Cyber Stalking incident had taken place Mr. Darren Ambler was residing in Delran Township, New Jersey within the County of Burlington. The Harassed Person (Victim) name is omitted from this report due to privacy and other concerns:
*It was proven through a complete Investigation and Evidence (Proofs) collected that in fact Darren Ambler did commit the following Violations:
1). Violated Laws as they pertain to Cyber Stalking in accordance with Statute 2C-33-4-01/ A CRIMINAL ACT:
2). Darren Ambler Violated the Law as it pertains to Harassment in accordance with Statute: 2C:33-04 A CRIMINAL ACT:
3). Darren Ambler intentionally Violated the Law as it pertains to "Invasion of Privacy" Statute: 2C-14-09- A Misdemeanour Charge:

*Facebook also concluded: Darren Ambler VIOLATED Facebook Standard of Rules and Code of Conduct set forth by Facebook Legal Department- Menlo Park CA./ Facebook Legal indicated that Darren Ambler a resident of New Jersey did in fact VIOLATE Facebook Rules & Standard of Conduct Numerous times: (Two Web-sites are referenced within this summary- the web sites give detailed information of this Cyber Stalking case and Legal Documents are displayed on these web-sites):
*Additional Facebook Accounts belonging to Darren Ambler were discovered after Darren Ambler was BANNED from the Facebook Web-site. These Accounts were also Closed and Removed from the system. It is possible Darren Ambler did establish additional "Fraud" or "Fake" Facebook Accounts that have not yet been discovered. If additional "Fake" Accounts are located belonging to Darren Ambler the accounts will be Closed and Removed from the System.
*If Criminal Acts are proven to have taken place on a Facebook Forum the Facebook Legal Department has the right and authority to Close the account belonging to the guilty party. In addition- a Lifetime BAN may be enforced by Facebook- Menlo Park CA.
