I had made an online shopping from dealzkart a couple of days back. The order was delivered but it was a different product. So I mailed them asking for a replacement. There's no customer care number on their site.
Today I got a call about half an hour ago, saying he was calling from dealzkart and can refund the amount. When I asked them for replacement and not refund, he said that's not possible. And then he asked for my bank and adhar details. I caught his fraud and I asked his name. He said 'ghonchu kumar'. I abused him. He hung up. I called back on the same number (8877874931) but it had call divert. And it didn't connect.
That guy called me twice then. First time, he asked me to verify a random email id... to which i asked him to wait. He hung up. Second time he called and asked, 'Sir aap Jagga Jasoos ke writer hain?' So he has access to my facebook.
Please help. I am worried about my social security and safety of my bank details etc.
