Fake company Sale mobiles from Facebook id add

As per bill details rec a mobile cash on Delivery but mobile is faulty and all data rec on Bill are fake and mail no reply , on Bill details no any Number contact like bill no are 9538630855 and return address no are 9811015613 but no reply and give answer wrong Number. So plesed help needful
