AND WHEREAS such assignment provides the Employee with skill and imparts to him/her confidential technical information, and provides requisite experience.AND WHEREAS the Company will be incurring substantial expenses on the Employee, on inducting, placing and imparting specialized training to him/her and consequently, the Employee has undertaken to indemnify the Company against all losses or damage, including the expenses exposure, which the Company will suffer by reason of the Employee failing to fulfill the agreed obligations under the Company’s letter of Appointment dated...............................................
