I have ordered a combo of Samsung power bank, pen drive and SD card from 'e-commerce store', through an online shopping. After I received my products all items were either damaged or corrupted. Soon I realised that I was fooled by Cyber crooks.
Here are the details of conversation between me and the customer care (shoponline370@gmail.com).
"Hi,
I have bought the combo of power bank, pendrive, and sd card. Unfortunately, you have sent me the duplicate power bank (which i do not know whether it will work or not) and pen drive from Kingston (not HP) as mentioned in your website. This seems that you are doing some illegal things. Now, I will take this matter to the higher level, and i am pretty sure that you can not imaging that level. Regards

Hi, I do not want to be rude. But it is been more than 10 days and I still did not get any reply from your company regarding the 'fake' items which you delivered. I would appreciate if you could please provide an update. Otherwise, I am going to file a case in 'consumer forum'. Thank you Regards
