Dear sir, This is to inform yoy that I have received tha call represent (vineet jain) for surrender and bounce amount to my old policy which are running in exide life ins co ltd and told that its fund will transfer under Your account only in that case I have provide the cheque and id and address proof for receive by old policy amt bit after some days I have received new bond from hdfc life ins co ltd I have called to your representative to surrender amt but he has confused me and asking for more amt to submitted for surrender amt I was visited local Allahabad branch for complaining the same but they not help for refund my amt. Now I am requesting you to plz look into this matter. Note: frauder daily call me another fund transfer his name is veenet jain and his contact number is 8926817045-9504877523.

Alternatively, the complaint letter duly signed by you can also be submitted to any of your nearby HDFC Life branch.
