My Husband purchase Samsung Memory Card of 32 GB and 64 GB from the website of amzonoffers.com on the date of 26 July 2017. I received product via courier yesterday. The SD card are duplicate / Fake. they are plastic cutting only. I paid Rs.900 cash at the time of receiving product.
Now the couriers company not ready to return the product. The Invoice of the product not contain Invoice no., address, email Id and the contact no is also not valid. The scanning code of the product open Packaging at University of Illinois page.
Now consumer forum not ready to take online complaint cause it doesn't have valid address, email ID not even order no.. How to get refund of the amount?
