Same here bro. I asked the delivery guy to let me check the parcel, but he didn't let me. I then followed up with the logistics partner and got the same response that they won't take the parcel back.
Please call cartrocket who are the logistics partner for the wallet and try to get the details of the owner from there on 9015644441. I tried but they didn't give me any details.
