I ordered two 2 lehangas Ind collections in Finefab.in of amt 2600×2 +200 And paid on September 2017 . He is not sending dress nor refund. Whenever I'm calling he is telling account is freezed and once it get active wil refund like that.. but 2months over.. still he is not refunded. Pls help how to get my money back.
