I have been added in this group by someone anonymously and along with me many others are also complaining! Email id is Rthconf-list@lsmgr.nic.in, despite of multiple requests , no one responds and there is not even a single email which talks about a valid content. Only people complaining and asking to remove them from the distribution list. Seems like someone has done is purposely but it is very annoying and intimidating. Please take required action.
